What Is A Consultation? |

During a consultation, I review a client's questionnaire, any documents that he or she has, and I give him or her a brief summary of his or her legal rights and responsibilities. At the conclusion of the consultation, I will tell the client whether he or she needs legal assistance. If the client needs legal assistance, I will tell him or her what my fee is to handle the case. The consultation fee is $100. Consultations are available in person, by telephone, and by email. |
